Summer has officially arrived, bringing with it a whirlwind of creativity, learning, and joy! We’re thrilled to share the highlights of our recent summer camps held in collaboration with Wee Engineers and the Austin Independent School District (AISD). Throughout June, we witnessed boundless enthusiasm and growth at Hart Elementary, Uphaus Elementary, Wooldridge Elementary, and Casey Elementary.
Summer Camp Highlights
At Hart and Uphaus Elementary, young minds delved into the wonders of movement games. Through choreographed dances and collaborative dance exercises, students ignited their creativity and connected with the world around them. Every moment was a celebration of self-expression and artistic discovery, from expressive movement to imaginative storytelling.
Over at Wooldridge and Casey Elementary, laughter filled the air as children immersed themselves in the world of dance and performance. Through dance games, improvisation exercises, and character development activities, participants tapped into their unique talents and discovered the power of self-expression through movement

For those seeking an additional opportunity, our summer camp at Shakti Yoga and Wellness offers a sanctuary for mind, body, and spirit. Through mindful movement practices combined with the serenity of a beautiful yoga studio, students will cultivate a sense of connection while nurturing self-expression.
