For those of you who have been following us on Facebook, or subscribe to our newsletter, you know that we’re having a really awesome fundraiser this weekend! It’s called Let It Go. Our founder, who has worked in many jobs, including jewelry-making and retail, is letting it all go!
The bazaar is on Saturday, November 10th from 10 am-5 pm. Come join us at the High Road on Dawson, where you can browse through tons and tons of new, unused merchandise. Fill up a bag of whatever you want–for $5! Donations are also accepted as an alternative. All proceeds will go to Leap of Joy’s Caps and Mittens campaign, which aims to provide at-risk kids with warm clothing during the winter season.
Personally, I’m an advocate for not putting up holiday decorations before Thanksgiving…but I am DEFINITELY all for starting my shopping early. Let It Go is a great and unique way to kick-start the season! We’ll have all sorts of things–from clothing, dancewear, folk art, beads and findings, and some beautiful hand-made jewelry among many other items.
We’ll also have face painting, a craft area, someone making balloon animals, and much more. Food will be provided by Stubb’s(!!!) and we’ll have a DJ and many other activities. It’s going to be a lot of fun!
Check the photos below for a teaser of what we’ll have on display. We would really love to see everyone out there. It’s going to be a lot of fun, and it all goes toward a good cause.
